Adrenal Disease (Hypofunction) is characterized by abdominal pain and discomfort, fatigue, vomiting, nausea, general weakness, diarrhea, dizziness and weight loss.  The adrenals help regulate blood pressure and control salt and water balance in the body.  In adrenal disease, blood pressure may vary and water retention may occur.
