Thrombocytopenia is characterized by bleeding gums, skin rash, bruise easily, nosebleeds, blood in urine, vaginal bleeding in girls, black stools, general weakness, fatigue and paleness. It is a condition in which there are too few platelets in the blood. This reduces clotting and causes high risk of bleeding.
