Subarachnoid Hemorrhage is characterized by headache, drowsiness, dizziness, convulsions, coma, eye pain, sensitivity to light, vomiting, rapid heart rate, stiff neck, fever and numbness in arm and leg. It is bleeding in the space between the membranes that cover the brain.
