Pancreatic-Islet Cell Tumors is characterized by hypoglycemia, rectal bleeding, abdominal pain and discomfort and mass in upper abdomen. It may cause obstruction in the small intestine or the biliary tract.  They may also erode and bleed into the stomach and intestines which may in turn cause an abdominal mass.
