Meniere’s Disease is characterized by dizziness, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, vomiting, sweating, uncoordinated eye movements and loss of balance. It is caused by excess fluid build-up in the inner ear which affects balance and causes ringing or buzzing in the ear.
