Linking Tools

Linking Tools facilitates sending information on symptoms you may be experiencing to your doctor before a scheduled office visit. This helps your doctor review your symptoms within the parameters of your overall health. The information you send is set up by anatomical area. Included with the Symptoms Tables is a current list of medications. You can send it by regular email or by the email facility in your Patient Portal (access to the patient portal is set up with a link provided by your doctor's office)
