Food Poisoning is characterized by abdominal pain and discomfort, vomiting, nausea, headache, muscle twitching, muscular pain, bloating and stomach distress, gas, weight loss, dehydration fluid loss, rapid heart rate and diarrhea. It is an acute illness caused by eating foods which are contaminated by bacteria or naturally poisonous.
