Cardiac Arrest is characterized by dizziness, weak pulse, difficulty breathing, bluish-white skin, dilated pupils, convulsions and loss of bowel control. It is the complete stopping of the heart’s pumping action.  After 2-3 minutes, death or permanent brain damage occurs.
