Cancer

Cancer is characterized by fever, fatigue, weight loss, darkening of skin scars and nipples, itching, skin itchiness tenderness or pain and skin irritation or dimpling in breast. It begins in your cells. As old cells die, they are replaced by new cells. When new cells grow faster than the cells being replaced, a mass is formed called a tumor. Cells in tumors can be benign or malignant. Masses formed from malignant cells are called cancers. The cancers are named for the organ or site where they begin to grow out of control: for instance, when the mass starts in the lung, it is called lung cancer; or if it starts in the skin, it is called skin cancer and so on.
